This Privacy Policy explains how Transnimo LLC ("Transnimo," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the transnimo.com website. It does not cover the Transnimo platform itself once you become a customer — that is addressed separately, as described in Section 6 below.

2. What information this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics scripts, or any third-party tracking tools as of the date above. The only information we receive from visitors is what you choose to submit through our Contact form.

Our Contact form does not send data to a server or database. When you submit it, it opens your own device's email application with a pre-filled message addressed to support@transnimo.com, containing the name, company, email address, and message you entered. The message is sent directly from your own email account when you choose to send it — we only receive it if and when you do.

3. How we use this information

We use information submitted through the Contact form only to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about our Service.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share information submitted through this website with third parties, except where required by law or to comply with a valid legal process.

5. Data retention

Inquiries received at support@transnimo.com are retained in our business email account for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, or as required for our business records.

6. If you become a Transnimo customer

If your organization subscribes to the Transnimo platform, use of the platform itself — including any operational or personal data entered into it, such as driver or contact details — is governed by your Order Form and, where applicable, a separate Data Processing Agreement provided to you at onboarding. That agreement, not this website policy, governs data submitted to the platform itself.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights regarding information submitted through this website, contact us at support@transnimo.com.

8. International transfer

Transnimo LLC is a US company operating from Sri Lanka. Information you send us may be processed in either location. By contacting us, you acknowledge this.

9. Children's privacy

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
